  1. Introduction
    Welcome to Delhi Cars Rental. By using our self-drive car rental services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before making a reservation.
  2. Eligibility
    To rent a vehicle from Delhi Cars Rental, you must:
    • Be at least 21 years of age.
    • Hold a valid driving license for at least one year.
    • Provide a valid ID proof (Aadhar card, Passport, or Voter ID).
    • Provide a valid credit or debit card for security deposit.
  3. Booking and Payment
    • Reservations can be made online, by phone, or in person at our office.
    • Full payment is required at the time of booking.
    • Prices are inclusive of GST and other applicable taxes.
    • A refundable security deposit is required at the time of vehicle pickup.
  4. Vehicle Pickup and Drop-off
    • Vehicles must be picked up and returned at the agreed location and time.
    • Late returns may incur additional charges.
    • The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as the pickup time, with a full fuel tank.
  5. Use of Vehicle
    • The vehicle can only be driven by the individual named in the rental agreement.
    • The vehicle must not be used for commercial purposes, illegal activities, or in a manner that violates traffic laws.
    • Smoking and transporting pets in the vehicle are prohibited unless otherwise agreed upon.
  6. Insurance and Liability
    • All vehicles are covered by comprehensive insurance.
    • The renter is responsible for any damage to the vehicle not covered by insurance, including the deductible amount.
    • The renter is responsible for any traffic violations, fines, or penalties incurred during the rental period.
  7. Breakdown and Accidents
    • In the event of a breakdown, contact Delhi Cars Rental immediately for assistance.
    • In case of an accident, inform the local authorities and Delhi Cars Rental immediately. A police report must be filed, and a copy provided to us.

  8. Cancellations and Refunds
    • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time will receive a full refund.
    • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to one day’s rental charge.
    • No refunds will be provided for early returns.
  9. Termination and Agreement
    • Delhi Cars Rental reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement and repossess the vehicle at any time if the terms and conditions are violated.
    • The renter will be responsible for all costs associated with the repossession of the vehicle.
  10. Privacy Policy
    • We value your privacy and will handle your personal information in accordance with our privacy policy, which is available on our website.
  11. Governing Laws
    • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.
  12. Amendments
    • Delhi Cars Rental reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The updated terms will be available on our website and will be applicable to all rentals made after the changes.
